Strategically located halfway between New York and Miami, Charleston International Manufacturing Center at Bushy Park (CIMC) is in a heavy industrial area in Berkeley County, South Carolina. CIMC has International accessibility for inbound and outbound freight through the South Carolina Ports and offers a 2-day truck and 4-day rail window to the Midwest. Approximately 15 minutes from the Charleston International Airport, the site location provides convenient access for both domestic and international travel.

Two major interstates, I-26 and I-526, are located within 15 miles of the site. These interstates also provide quick access to I-95, the major transportation corridor for the eastern United States.
Located on the Cooper River, CIMC provides access to the South Carolina State Ports and the Atlantic Ocean via a deep-water barge slip. Containerized freight is just a short truck drayage from the ports.

CIMC owns and operates on site rail infrastructure that has direct connection to Class 1 rail carrier CSX.
