Charleston International Manufacturing Center, located in an industrial area in Berkeley County about 5 miles east of the town of Goose Creek, is a 1,750-acre site with deep-water access and 300 acres of developable land including shovel-ready lots. Our site offers existing infrastructure including steam, nitrogen, compressed air, processed water, wastewater treatment, etc. Cooper River Partners, LLC is owner and operator of the industrial complex.
About our location
CIMC is bordered on the east by the Cooper River and on the west by the Back River. The Back River serves as the plant water supply for the site. The Cooper River is a tidal river and is brackish. The site is located in an area somewhat remote from dense populations. Our immediate neighbors are either other industries or military installations, ensuring neighborly tolerance and understanding beyond what might be extended by residential neighbors.
